About the Job
Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in de financiële sector zijn we op zoek naar startende klantadviseurs. Je komt terecht in een gestructureerd opleidingstraject van maximaal 18 maanden, waarin je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid tot een volwaardig professional met doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie.
Ervaring in de banksector is geen vereiste. Motivatie, leergierigheid en klantgerichtheid wel.
Het opleidingstraject
Eerste 6 maanden
- Intensieve opleiding in producten, diensten en procedures
- Inzicht in de werking van verschillende interne afdelingen
- Training in communicatie en commerciële vaardigheden
- Telefonisch klantcontact start pas na ± 1,5 maand
- 6 tot 12 maanden
- Verfijning van commerciële en analytische skills
- Zelfstandig behandelen van complexere vragen
- Actief voorbereiden van een volgende interne stap
Na 12 maanden
- Werken op expertniveau
- Begeleiden van nieuwe collega’s
- Deelname aan projecten en stages binnen de organisatie
- Begeleiding richting jouw ideale vervolgfunctie
Jouw rol
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en digitale kanalen (mail, chat, sociale media)
- Vragen analyseren en helder uitleggen in begrijpbare taal
- Klanten helpen en geruststellen in soms stressvolle situaties
- Opportuniteiten herkennen en doorgeven (geen actieve verkoop)

- Bachelor- of masterdiploma
- Perfect Tweetalig NL/FR
- Klantgericht, analytisch en empathisch
- Je kan complexe info eenvoudig uitleggen
- Sterke motivatie om jezelf te ontwikkelen op lange termijn
