About the Job
Als Inhouse Recruiter bij Unique Large Accounts werk je ter plaatse bij klanten en ben je hun vaste HR-partner. Je combineert recruitment, planning en administratie en focust voornamelijk op blue-collar profielen binnen de industrie.
Jouw taken:
- Inhouse werken bij verschillende klanten verspreid over Limburg
- Volledig beheren van het recruitmentproces, van intake tot contractondertekening
- Rekruteren van blue-collar profielen zoals logistiek medewerkers, orderpickers, techniekers en operatoren
- Werken met temping, project sourcing en vaste contracten, afhankelijk van de klant
- Zorgen voor een continue instroom van kandidaten
- Nauwe samenwerking met inhouse klanten en kennis van hun bedrijfscultuur en noden
- Servicegericht omgaan met vragen, klachten en uitdagingen
- Resultaatgericht werken dankzij korte selectieprocedures

Als Inhouse Recruiter ben je flexibel, veerkrachtig en resultaatgericht. Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende klanten en omgevingen en weet menselijkheid te combineren met performance.
- Eerste ervaring in rekrutering
- Positieve mindset en stressbestendigheid
- Flexibel naar werkuren en bereid om grotere afstanden af te leggen tussen Kempen en Limburg
- Sterke commerciële en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid
- Goede communicatieve en overtuigende vaardigheden
- Klant- en servicegerichte attitude
- Mensgericht, met oog voor lange-termijnsamenwerkingen
