- 5–10+ jaar ervaring in B2B sales
- Ervaring met het opbouwen van sales van scratch of sterke groei realiseren
- Je hebt zelf deals gesloten en kan dit aantonen met concrete resultaten
- Je denkt strategisch, maar bent vooral hands-on en resultaatgericht
- Je hebt een ondernemende mindset en neemt ownership
- Je kan professioneel verkopen en onderhandelen in Nederlands, Engels én Frans
- Je bent geen corporate manager Je bent een builder die evolueert naar leader
