Als Quality Officer werk je nauw samen met de Quality Manager en de productieverantwoordelijke. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de kwaliteitsprocessen op onze site – gespecialiseerd in plaatbewerking – feilloos verlopen en continu verbeteren.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Je analyseert kwaliteitsproblemen en onderneemt proactieve verbeteracties.
- Je overlegt met interne en externe stakeholders om tot duurzame oplossingen te komen.
- Je registreert klachten en volgt verbetertrajecten administratief nauwgezet op.
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt ervaring in metaalbewerking; kennis van plaatbewerking is een troef.
- ISO 9001 is voor jou geen theorie, maar een praktijkinstrument.
- Je leest technische plannen vlot en werkt nauwkeurig met meetinstrumenten zoals schuifmaat en hoekmeter.
- Je bent administratief sterk en kan goed overweg met ERP-systemen en MS Office.
- Je krijgt energie van het coachen van collega’s en het verbeteren van processen.
- Orde, netheid en stiptheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
- Je bent flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met de organisatie.
- Je zoekt een stabiele job op lange termijn en wil meebouwen aan ons groeiverhaal.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je mondeling goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
