Unique is op zoek naar een weegbrugbediende/onthaalmedewerker voor een familiale bouwonderneming in Wervik. Het gaat om een bedrijf in volle ontwikkeling, die gespecialiseerd is in beton- en wegenwerken.
Wat zal je doen?
- Beheren en bedienen van de weegbrug (opmaak weegbonnen, afrekenen, contact met klanten, visuele controle van vrachtwagens die grondstoffen aanleveren...).
- Correcte doorgave naar facturatie.
- Correcte input van gegevens (wegingen, centralebonnen, dagrapporten chauffeurs).
- Telefonische oproepen aannemen, doorverbinden naar de gevraagde gesprekspartner, boodschap noteren.
- Documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren.
- Personen onthalen en hun vraag identificeren.
