Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen productie, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
- Je bent een sterke communicator en haalt energie uit het coachen en motiveren van mensen.
- Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe processen werken.
- Kennis van Lean Management, HACCP, Food Safety, Kaizen? Dat zijn mooie pluspunten.
- Je hebt het werk- en denkniveau van een bachelor, maar jouw relevante ervaring is voor ons veel belangrijker dan een diploma.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
