Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, hou je van puzzelen met planningen en krijg je energie van het houden van overzicht in een dynamische logistieke omgeving? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven! Als Bediende Planning / Transportplanner zorg jij ervoor dat alle transporten efficiënt, tijdig en volledig volgens de klantverwachtingen verlopen.
Je bent de spil tussen chauffeurs, klanten, leveranciers en interne teams. Dankzij jouw planmatige aanpak, communicatie en snel schakelen blijft alles op wieltjes lopen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Opstellen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning
- Coördineren van ritten, laad- en losmomenten
- Communicatie met chauffeurs, klanten en verschillende interne afdelingen
- Oplossen van last-minute wijzigingen, vertragingen of onverwachte situaties
- Controleren van transportdocumenten en registraties in het systeem
- Proactief zoeken naar efficiëntieverbeteringen, kostenbesparing en optimalisatie
- Bewaken van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen
Your Profile
Wat breng jij mee?
- Minimum een middelbaar diploma; logistieke of administratieve achtergrond is een plus
- Ervaring in transport, planning of logistieke administratie is mooi meegenomen, maar sterke starters komen ook in aanmerking
- Communicatief, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
- Je werkt vlot met computers en leert nieuwe systemen makkelijk aan
- Je denkt vooruit, werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht
- Flexibel ingesteld bij piekmomenten of onverwachte situaties
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans/Engels is een troef
