Unique Kortrijk gaat op zoek naar een Dispatcher voor een bedrijf regio Kortrijk. Als dispatcher ben jij het kloppend hart van onze organisatie.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je maakt dagelijks de planning voor de chauffeurs.
- Je helpt de chauffeurs bij vragen, wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties.
- Je volgt de ritten live op en grijpt in waar nodig om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
- Je staat in contact met de klanten over de planning.
- Je werkt nauw samen met administratie en onderhoud.
Your Profile
Wie ben je?
- Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk.
- Je behoudt het overzicht als het druk wordt.
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in transportplanning of dispatching.
- Je kan vlot schakelen tussen taken.
- Je werkt graag in team.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de chauffeurs.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.

TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
