- Ervaring als calculator, werkvoorbereider of technisch administratief profiel in de bouw.Technisch inzicht (ervaring met dakwerken of restauratie is een plus).
- Nauwkeurig, analytisch, communicatief en organisatorisch sterk.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en overzicht bewaren.
