Voor een bedrijf in Lauwe zijn we op zoek naar een Commerciële binnendienst containerservice
Wat wordt van jou verwacht ?
- Je bent de onthaal figuur aan de telefoon voor de volledige groep, het centrale nummer komt bij jou terecht. De containerservice behandel je zelf, de overige telefoons schakel je door naar de juiste persoon.
- Je bezorgt de klanten de correcte info (prijzen, toegelaten materialen,..)
- Je plaatst de bestelling, de plaatsing, vervanging, afhaling en levering correct en duidelijk in het systeem voor uitvoering.
- Je zorgt voor een voortdurende opvolging van de activiteit binnen de containerdienst
- Je verifieert de weegbonnen, foto's, vergunningen, ...
- Je maakt correct de factuur op
- Je behandelt de klachten van de klanten

Wie ben jij ?
- Een echte teamplayer die houdt van menselijk contact en positief in het leven staat
- Je bent flexibel, eerder een vroege vogel want jouw taak start om 7u30
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en frans is een absolute must
- We leren jou alles aan, maar enig ruimtelijk inzicht en affiniteit met onze sector is welgekomen
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Rijbewijs B + eigen wagen
