- Assister le chef de cuisine dans les tâches quotidiennes
- Participer à la préparation et à l’envoi des plats
- Assurer le bon déroulement du service (60 à 70 couverts)
- Prendre le relais et coordonner l’équipe en l’absence du chef
- Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène et de qualité

- Expérience de 5 à 6 ans minimum en cuisine
- Capacité à gérer un volume de 60 à 70 couverts
- Expérience préalable avec des responsabilités (gestion, organisation du service)
- Autonome, organisé(e) et résistant(e) au stress
- Bon esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités
