Wie ben jij als Customer Success Medewerker?
- Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau en bent snel weg met MS Office en nieuwe systemen
- Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans (Engels en Duits zijn een plus!)
- Je hebt een sterke commerciële flair en ziet spontaan kansen voor upselling bij bestaande klanten
- Je functioneert vlot in teamverband en neemt initiatief waar nodig
