Binnen onze projectafdeling volg je nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten op van A tot Z. Jij vormt de schakel tussen projectontwikkelaars, installateurs, toonzaalmedewerkers en eindklanten.
Jouw taken als Projectcoördinator:
- Opvolgen van sleutel-op-de-deurprojecten
- Coördineren van toonzaalafspraken
- Beheer van klantendossiers en offertes
- Opmaak van technische dossiers
- Bewaken van planning en deadlines
- Orderverwerking en administratieve opvolging
- Aanspreekpunt voor klanten en installateurs
Your Profile
Wat wij zoeken als Projectcoördinator:
- Min. 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of administratieve functie
- Sterk organisatorisch en nauwkeurig
- Affiniteit met bouw, interieur of vastgoed
- Goede kennis MS Office
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Frans

TSO 7de specialisatiejaar/A2
