Wil je werken in een internationale omgeving waar je chauffeurs en transportbedrijven helpt bij pechgevallen? Dan is deze functie als Customer Service Officer in Hasselt iets voor jou.
Je komt terecht in een meertalige supportomgeving gespecialiseerd in pechbijstand voor voertuigen en vrachtwagens.
Jouw functie
Als Customer Service Officer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs met pech onderweg.
Jouw taken
- Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons en e-mails
- Registreren en controleren van klant- en voertuiggegevens
- Coördineren van interventies met garages en technische partners
- Opvolgen van dossiers en communiceren met alle betrokken partijen
- Klanten op de hoogte houden van de stand van zaken
- Administratieve opvolging van contract- en interventiedossiers
Je werkt in een shiftsysteem tussen 07u00 en 22u00 van maandag tot vrijdag. Tijdens drukke periodes ben je flexibel om op zaterdag te werken.

Jouw profiel
- Zeer goede kennis van Pools en Nederlands
- Goede kennis van Engels (voertaal binnen het bedrijf)
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Stressbestendig en sterk in multitasking
- Administratief nauwkeurig
- Goede pc-kennis (MS Office)
- Technische interesse in automotive of banden is een plus
- Geen specifieke ervaring vereist
