In deze dynamische functie combineer je uitvoerende taken met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden binnen een internationaal magazijn in de regio. Als Foreman ben jij de stuwende kracht achter een efficiënt logistiek proces en werk je samen met je team aan optimale resultaten.
Jouw taken als Foreman zijn onder andere:
- Aansturen en ondersteunen van het operationele team op de werkvloer.
- Overzicht houden over en zorgen voor een strikte opvolging van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
- Fungeren als een aanspreekpunt tussen je team en de Supervisor.
Your Profile
- Een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een logistieke omgeving.
- Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels.
- Bereid om te werken in een wisselend tweeploegenstelstel (een vroege en late shift).
- Vertrouwd met het opmaken van dag- en weekplanningen voor teamleden.
