Voor onze klant in Lommel zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Procurement Specialist. Ciner Glass is een toonaangevende speler in de glasindustrie en zoekt een gedreven professional om de procurement afdeling verder uit te bouwen en te optimaliseren.
Wat zijn de taken van deze procurement specialist?
- Identificeren, evalueren en relaties aangaan met leveranciers voor tijdige en kostenefficiënte aankopen, in samenwerking met de Procurement Manager.
- Onderhandelen van contracten en voorwaarden, zelfstandig of ter ondersteuning van de Procurement Manager.
- Monitoren van markttrends en prijsvolatiliteit, en beschikbaarheid van materialen beoordelen.
- Voorraadniveaus bewaken om tekorten of overstock te voorkomen, en afstemmen op productieschema’s.
- Zorgen dat inkoopactiviteiten voldoen aan bedrijfsbeleid en relevante regelgeving.
- Nauwkeurige administratie bijhouden voor audits en rapportages aan management.
- Risico’s in de toeleveringsketen identificeren en rapporteren.
- Actieve rol spelen in duurzaamheidsinitiatieven en duurzame inkooppraktijken bevorderen.
- Samenwerkingen over afdelingen heen stimuleren (productie, financiën, logistiek) om inkoopstrategieën af te stemmen op bedrijfsdoelen.
Your Profile
Welk profiel kan de functie van Procurement Specialist invullen?
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in inkoop, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
- Vloeiend in zowel Engels als Nederlands.
- Ervaring met inkoopsoftware en ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP (R3 of S/4HANA), met kennis van het PtP-proces binnen SAP.
- Sterk analytisch inzicht en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Ervaring in het onderhandelen met leveranciers om gunstige voorwaarden te behalen.
- Kennis van budgettering en kostenbeheer in inkoop, warehousing en logistiek.
