Wat ga je doen als Payroll Consultant?
Als Payroll Consultant ben jij, samen met je team, het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor een vaste klantenportefeuille. Je zorgt voor correcte loonverwerking én professioneel advies.
Je takenpakket als HR-administratie omvat onder andere:
- Na een grondige inwerkperiode word je een betrokken contactpersoon voor jouw klanten
- Je beantwoordt vragen, adviseert en begeleidt klanten in hun loon- en personeelsadministratie
- Je volgt de actualiteit binnen sociale wetgeving nauw op en past nieuwe richtlijnen correct toe
- Je denkt proactief mee met klanten en biedt persoonlijk advies op maat
- Je bouwt je expertise verder uit via interne en externe opleidingen (sociale wetgeving, payrolltools, administratieve processen)
- Je zorgt voor een correcte en nauwkeurige verwerking van alle payrollgegevens

- Je hebt een Bachelor in Sociaal Werk, Human Resources of Rechtspraktijk
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen payroll, HR-administratie of een sociaal secretariaat
- Je werkt graag in team, maar functioneert ook vlot zelfstandig
- Je bent leergierig en volgt graag opleidingen om je kennis actueel te houden
- Cijfers en administratie? Jij werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en correct
- Je interesse in HR ligt vooral bij payroll, personeelsadministratie en sociale wetgeving
- Je communiceert helder en professioneel naar klanten
