- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de bouwheer en architect
- Actief aansturen van de montageploegen
- Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en rapporteren aan de projectleider
- Controleren van de uitgevoerde werken
- Beheren van de administratieve werfopvolging, waaronder:
- Maandelijkse vorderingsstaten
- Eindafrekeningen
- Factuurcontrole
Your Profile
- In het bezit van een bouwkundig diploma of relevante werkervaring
- Organisatorisch ingesteld en werkt accuraat
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Frans
