Als lid van het Export Control & Compliance team speel je een sleutelrol in het beheersen en bewaken van export- en compliance risico’s binnen een internationale context.
Concreet houd je je bezig met:
- Behandelen en oplossen van Export Control-escalaties
- Monitoren en managen van export control- en compliance risico’s
- Ondersteunen bij checks en opvolgen van verbetermaatregelen
- Toezien op het correcte gebruik van Export Control-clausules in contracten
- Beoordelen van ERP-blokkeringen en beslissen over het vrijgeven van orders
- Meewerken aan bredere compliance-onderwerpen zoals anticorruptie, AML en dataprivacy
Your Profile
Over welke competenties en skills beschik je?
- Een bacheloropleiding in business management, engineering, rechten of een gelijkaardig domein
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels (Duits is een plus, andere talen eveneens)
- Interesse in of ervaring met Export Control, Trade Compliance, douane, logistiek of regelgeving
- Motivatie om US- en EU-exportregelgeving grondig te begrijpen
- Ervaring met CRM-, ERP-systemen en MS Office
- Analytisch denkvermogen en het talent om complexe informatie helder te vertalen
- Zelfstandigheid, initiatief en een holistische blik op besluitvorming
