Als teamleader ben je de spilfiguur tussen mens en proces. Je begeleidt een team binnen onze productieomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat het werk op een vlotte, efficiënte én mensgerichte manier verloopt. Je combineert planning en coördinatie met dagelijkse betrokkenheid op de werkvloer. Je creëert een veilige, stimulerende werksfeer waarin iedereen zich gewaardeerd voelt.
Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:
- Coördinatie en opvolging van de productieactiviteiten, zowel intern als op locatie bij klanten (enclaves).
- Actieve begeleiding en ondersteuning van jouw team tijdens het werk.
- Meewerken aan het productieproces waar nodig.
- Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement.
- Nieuwe opdrachten voorbereiden, opstarten en aanleren.
- Samenwerken met collega-teamcoaches en andere afdelingen voor een optimale werking.
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een passie voor de sociale sector en werkt graag met mensen
- Ervaring als begeleider met een bepaalde doelgroep; grote plus.
- Je combineert technisch inzicht met een warme, coachende aanpak.
- Ervaring binnen productie of begeleiding is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig goed functioneert.
- Je bent positief ingesteld, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk.
- Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag initiatief.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een basiskennis Frans.
