About the Job
Als merchandiser ben je een commerciële speler op de winkelvloer en combineer je commerciële acties met een gestructureerde opvolging en analyse:
- Je installeert en optimaliseert Shop-in-Shop concepten en zorgt voor een sterke visuele presentatie
- Je analyseert stock, rotatie en verkoopcijfers en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties en bestellingen
- Je zorgt voor een correcte en gestructureerde administratieve opvolging van bestellingen, retouren en winkelbezoeken
- Je verhoogt de omzet door actieve commerciële optimalisatie van assortiment, presentatie en zichtbaarheid
- Je implementeert POS-materiaal en commerciële acties en stimuleert cross-selling op de winkelvloer
- Je detecteert opportuniteiten en zet deze om in concrete verkoopresultaten
- Je ondersteunt bij events, beurzen en opendeurdagen en fungeert als aanspreekpunt in de winkel
- Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op en werkt nauw samen met sales en marketing
Elk winkelbezoek volgt een duidelijke structuur (analyse, actie, commercieel moment en opvolging) met als doel: meetbare commerciële impact en omzetgroei.

- Je hebt een sterke commerciële feeling en denkt in omzet en resultaten
- Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af, maar stuurt actief bij waar nodig
- Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband
- Je hebt een gestructureerde aanpak en oog voor administratieve opvolging en analyse
- Je bent energiek, leergierig en haalt motivatie uit zichtbare resultaten
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
- Affiniteit met werkkleding of een praktische werkomgeving
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
