About the Job
Op de afdeling constructievezels worden kunststoffen door middel van een volautomatisch productieproces omgevormd tot vezels voor een eindtoepassing in grote bouwwerken (meestal betonconstructies).
Als procesooperator m/v/x bewaak je het proces samen met 2 andere collega's.
- Bedienen en controleren van productieproces
- Opstarten, stoppen, productwisselingen instellen door aanpassing van mechanische en PLC instellingen
- Oplossen van storingen of melding maken aan verantwoordelijke
- Meewerken aan het periodiek preventief onderhoud van de installatie
- Veiligheidsrichtlijnen strikt opvolgen
- Controle van het eindproduct.
Your Profile
- Je kan oplossingsgericht denken en blijft rustig bij problemen.
- Je gaat bewust om met veiligheidsinstructies en houdt je aan de gemaakte afspraken.
- Daarnaast beschik je over een goede dosis zelfvertrouwen om autonoom te werken en ben je bereid om constant bij te leren.
- Ervaring met het bedienen van computergestuurde lijnen is een pluspunt.
- Verder beschik je bij voorkeur over een technische opleiding en kan je in 2 ploegen werken.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands.
