About the Job
Als Teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van de vaste vroege of vaste late ploeg binnen een splinternieuw magazijn. Je motiveert en begeleidt jouw team om optimale prestaties neer te zetten en vormt de schakel tussen de operationele werking van het magazijn en de administratieve afdeling.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen binnen jouw zone efficiënt verlopen.
- Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen worden behaald.
- Je begeleidt, motiveert en coacht medewerkers op de werkvloer.
- Je verwelkomt nieuwe collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Warehouse Manager.
- Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en werkmethodes.
