Unique Office Waregem is op zoek naar een HR - Coordinator voor een bedrijf in Oudenaarde.
Jouw takenpakket als HR Coordinator :
Als HR Coördinator zorg je voor een vlotte en correcte personeelsadministratie en ben je een centraal aanspreekpunt binnen HR:
- Opvolgen en verwerken van prestaties en loonadministratie
- Beheren en up-to-date houden van personeelsdossiers (verlof, ziekte, contracten…)
- Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en externe partners (sociaal secretariaat, uitzendkantoren…)
- Ondersteunen van rekrutering en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
- Coördineren en administratief opvolgen van opleidingen
- Beheren van tijdsregistratie- en toegangscontrolesystemen
- Opvolgen van administratieve verplichtingen rond tewerkstelling (RSZ, contracten, CIAW)
- Meewerken aan HR-projecten en optimalisaties
Your Profile
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Min. 3 jaar ervaring in HR-administratie
- Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Discreet en professioneel omgaan met vertrouwelijke info
- Sterk in organisatie, nauwkeurigheid en structuur
- Zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief
- Vlot met MS Office en HR-software
