Wij zijn op zoek naar een ''HR Officer'.
Als HR Assistant ben jij de administratieve backup van onze HR-afdeling. Je ondersteunt bij alle HR-processen, van personeelsadministratie tot rekrutering en onboarding.
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Beheren van personeelsdossiers en opvolgen van contracten.
- Ondersteunen bij rekrutering: afspraken plannen, kandidaten opvolgen.
- Voorbereiden van documenten voor loonadministratie.
- Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers over HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen.
- Meewerken aan HR-projecten zoals onboarding en opleidingen.
Your Profile
- Je hebt een administratieve achtergrond en interesse en ervaring in HR.
- Goede kennis van MS Office en vlotte computervaardigheden.
- Communicatief, discreet en nauwkeurig.
- Ervaring in HR-administratie is een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands + goed Frans en Engels
