Jouw taken
- Dagelijkse coördinatie en opvolging van de werf
- Aansturen en coachen van arbeiders en onderaannemers met sterke focus op veiligheid en samenwerking
- Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en technische uitvoering volgens de werfinstructies
- Beheer van materialen, bestellingen en logistieke opvolging
- Technische en administratieve rapportering aan de projectleiding
- Actief meedenken over oplossingen op de werf
Your Profile
Profiel
- Bachelor of master in een bouwkundige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring op de werf
- 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in bouw, industrie, civiele werken, waterbouw of funderingstechnieken
- Je voelt je thuis op de werf en haalt energie uit operationeel leiderschap
- Je werkt gestructureerd, praktisch en blijft kalm onder druk
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je uitdrukken in het Engels
- Je bent een teamgerichte leider met een hands-on mentaliteit
