Wat ga je doen?
- Je helpt klanten via telefoon, mail of tickets met vragen over hun installatie.
- Jouw focus ligt op HVAC, maar je springt ook bij op de PV-afdeling.
- Je tekent ééndraadschema's en volgt elektrische keuringen op.
- Storingen analyseer je vanop afstand en je zoekt naar een gepaste oplossing. Indien nodig schakel je met de projectleider of planner.
- Je voorkomt problemen in plaats van ze alleen op te lossen: je merkt storingene pro-actief op!
- Prioriteiten stellen doe jij als een pro zodat dringende issues vliegensvlug aangepakt worden.
Your Profile
Naar wie zijn we op zoek?
- Je hebt een Bachelor in Elektromechanica, Klimatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
- Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en pro-actief omschrijven jou helemaal!
- Ervaring met SolarEdge? Pluspunt!
- Je houdt van afwisseling en werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
