About the Job
Voor één van onze klanten zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige, analytisch sterke en operationeel ingestelde Finance Controller. In deze rol werk je mee aan het bewaken van de financiële gezondheid van een groeiende en familiaire organisatie. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar je zowel operationeel als analytisch je stempel drukt.
We zoeken iemand die rust en overzicht bewaart, maar ook open communiceert en zonder moeite klanten opbelt wanneer dat nodig is.
Wat ga je doen?
- Als Finance Controller ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen het financiële team. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:
- Debiteurenbeheer en klantencontact
- Opstellen, analyseren en rapporteren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarcijfers
- Signaleren van afwijkingen en verbetermogelijkheden
- Ondersteunen bij prognoses, budgetten en business cases
- Optimaliseren van processen en interne controles
- Operationele ondersteuning binnen de boekhouding
- Back-up vormen voor de Finance Manager
- En nog veel meer uitdagende financiële taken
Your Profile
Je hebt een sterke financiële basis én de juiste attitude:
- Bachelor in een financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring in controlling is een must
- Goede kennis van Excel en vertrouwd met Navision
- Analytisch sterk, je vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten
- Communicatief vaardig, zowel intern als extern
- Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en detailgericht
- Proactief en oplossingsgericht
- Rustige persoonlijkheid, maar wel iemand die duidelijk communiceert
- Je durft klanten op te bellen wanneer nodig
- Enthousiaste teamplayer met een positieve ingesteldheid
